Hence has a track record of building complex research-based solutions and worked with reputed companies such as stripe, chainlink labs. We have a lean team of 30 developers and more resources on standby from our talent development program to engage or hire on need basis.

Position Overview

We are in search of a dynamic and forward-looking professional to join our team as a Business Operations Intern. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of Business, Accounts, and HR, making it essential for someone with a strategic vision who can significantly contribute to our organization’s overall growth and success.

We’re seeking an individual with exceptional leadership skills, a knack for strategic thinking, excellent communication abilities, and technical proficiency. This role is an excellent fit for those enthusiastic about gaining hands-on experience in both the Technology and Business realms.


  • Managing and coordinating international client, partner, and employee meetings and communications.
  • Keeping track of essential master documents related to business operations, HR policies, and financial accounts.
  • Monitoring account related filling and compliances
  • Contributing to the development and execution of marketing and business growth strategies.
  • Crafting a variety of operational and business-related documents, such as proposals, presentations, reports, and legal agreements.
  • Overseeing the timely and efficient delivery of operational and business initiatives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity enhancements across the organization.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
  • Maintaining data confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

This position will provide essential operational and marketing support to our tech team by effectively coordinating activities..


  1. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred; however, candidates with other relevant degrees are also encouraged to apply.
  2. Knowledge in finance and account related tools
  3. Proficiency in using technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and basic design tools like Canva.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to a flexible work schedule, as the role involves collaborating with clients and colleagues across various time zones on a global scale.

Note: This internship offers the potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance and mutual satisfaction during the internship period. The estimated starting salary of full time fresher position is 12-14k
