Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate intern to join our team as a UI/UX and Graphics Design Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in both user interface and user experience design, as well as graphic design. We are looking for a creative individual with a strong eye for design and a genuine enthusiasm for creating intuitive and visually captivating digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our design team to create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Assist in conducting user research and gathering requirements to inform the design process.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Apply graphic design principles to enhance the visual aesthetics of user interfaces, including typography, color schemes, and imagery.
- Work closely with developers to seamlessly integrate design elements and optimize the overall user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate on graphic design projects such as branding, marketing materials, and visual assets for digital platforms.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma, InVision, or Axure.
- Familiarity with marketing documents creation tools such as google docs and google slides.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and a mobile-first approach.
- Excellent visual design skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
