1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Gaalxii Content Sharing and Social Media App (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. User-Generated Content and Safety
Gaalxii is a content sharing and social media platform that allows users to generate and share various types of content, including but not limited to video, audio, photos, and text. In accordance with Apple App Store guidelines and our commitment to user safety, we have implemented the following precautions:
2.1. Terms of Use
Users must agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the End User License Agreement (EULA) before using Gaalxii. These terms explicitly state that there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
2.2. Objectionable Content Filtering
Gaalxii incorporates a robust filtering system designed to identify and prevent the display of objectionable content. This system aims to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.
2.3. Content Flagging Mechanism
We have implemented a mechanism that allows users to flag content they find objectionable. This reporting feature enables users to contribute to the moderation process and maintain a high standard of content quality.
2.4. User Blocking Mechanism
Gaalxii provides users with the ability to block and restrict interactions with other users who exhibit abusive behavior. This blocking mechanism ensures that users have control over their online experience and can protect themselves from unwanted interactions.
2.5. Objectionable Content Reporting
As per Apple’s guidelines, we commit to acting promptly on reports of objectionable content. Gaalxii’s development team will review and address such reports within 24 hours, including removing the offensive content and taking appropriate action against the user responsible for providing the content.
2.6. User Data Deletion
Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data from Gaalxii. To initiate the data deletion process, please contact us at hello@sparkplustech.com. We will make reasonable efforts to promptly delete the requested data in accordance with applicable laws.
3. Content Sharing and Social Media Features
3.1. User Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of the content they upload to Gaalxii. By uploading content, users grant Gaalxii a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
3.2. Community Guidelines
Users are expected to adhere to community guidelines outlined in the EULA and additional guidelines specified within the App to ensure a positive and respectful user experience.
4. Age Requirements
By using Gaalxii, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement or have obtained parental or guardian consent to do so.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Gaalxii is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees. We are not responsible for objectionable content posted by users, but we have implemented mechanisms to address such issues promptly.
6. Termination of Access
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in the termination of your access to Gaalxii.
